Matthew is very professional and personable. He has mastery of his craft. He is methodical and precise in his inspection. At the end of the inspection he takes time to explain his findings, answers questions, explains and gives recommendations/ solutions to correct any findings. Price is reasonable for the quality of work he placed in the inspection.
