CPS was arranged to aerate my lawn with early scheduling done in February. The representative came in April following a notification by email. They said the service was not prepaid and we paid cash. I contacted CPS to resolve and they have stopped responding. 4 attempts to get a refund or even explanation have been unanswered. Poor customer service.
