A great deal of work needs to be done on communication with customers when it comes to explaining how things work. It seems that there are obstacles at every level in the process that should be explained before personal information is collected. One representative is not on the same page as another, they just don't care enough or are incompetent.
Canadian Pharmacy King has been a very friendly, reliable and convenient option for me. Reliable because they have always provided what is a very expensive prescription drug here in the U.S. at a cost that is reasonable for me. Convenient because I can order online or by a quick phone call plus CPK is now able to notify my physician's office when the prescription expires and make a request a new one. Cpk has worked well for us.
Excellent and helpful personnel delivering great service and unbelievable pricing on prescription drugs. ( There may a bit of help provided by the Canadian government with regulating the Pharma industry. But that's OK. ) The only downside to the whole experience was the shipping delay due to import logistics and package travel time. Great experience. Thank you. R. Griggs
