Customer service is horrible, this establishment will try to take you for every penny you are worth, from keeping your damage deposit just for sweeping. And taking your next bill cycle a whole extra month and a half when you’ve been calling to cancel for a few weeks. They don’t answer calls, and they won’t accept anyone to cancel for you even if you gave permission for someone else to be in charge of the unit.
Very competitively priced, very clean and very friendly office staff!
Amazing people, Mary-Ann in the office is awesome. Nice units will definitely recommend to others! 👍🙂
