Services available have changed since I was there last. However, they do have a wheelchair ramp but the grade (degree/angle) is steeper than current requirements and my electric wheelchair (had a broken foot) was unable to climb the steep grade. There are many counselling etc. rooms upstairs (no elevator). So check ahead if you will be meeting someone upstairs or on the main level (which is not at ground level).
Lost child due to unprofessional personnel with inadequate education and/or empathy to a family crisis. Waist of time and tax payers money.
