For over 4 years, I have experienced systemic neglect from CMHA Brant. I was repeatedly ignored, left on read, shuffled between workers, and given conflicting information with no accountability or follow-up. Even during periods of serious need (postpartum depression, disability, caregiving stress, and bereavement), communication failed consistently.
