My mother, Jenny P had an Independent Medical Examination (IME), which can be stressful, but Dr. Stephen Miller and his team put me completely at ease. The office is pristine, and the front desk rockstars set a positive tone right away. Dr. Miller is a rare find—incredibly empathetic and professional during the evaluation. Shoutout to his assistant, Amelia, who was also amazing! It is rare to find a medical team this compassionate from start to finish.

I have never written a review before, but this has to have been the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Zero empathy or attempt to even discuss a diagnostic or treatment plan. He didn’t listen to any of my medical history or past surgical experience with my knee. After he was running almost 40 minutes late, the appointment I have waited years for (between doctor’s appointments, x-rays and MRIs), was over in 7 minutes.
