I have never written a review before, but this has to have been the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Zero empathy or attempt to even discuss a diagnostic or treatment plan. He didn’t listen to any of my medical history or past surgical experience with my knee. After he was running almost 40 minutes late, the appointment I have waited years for (between doctor’s appointments, x-rays and MRIs), was over in 7 minutes. Angela was so helpful and understanding with some unexpected complications. She made us feel welcome and supported through our difficulties.
I suggest skipping this office and going to any other clinic, I am now at The knee Clinic and never been happier! I was referred by my GP to get an updated knee brace. I saw David the physiotherapist, after meeting with David for 10 mins he sent me off to do some exercises and said I needed to meet with Dr Miller.
