The hiring process was very quick. The recruitment team was very welcoming and answered all my questions. I had a complaint about scheduling and the team apologized and fix it. I have been working with some amazing people so far. I am glad I am with this job.

I received a job offer from them but I only saw the email more than 2 hours after, i thought they might have given the job to someone else so i called her HR celfone number after office hours and I got replied back. As for now, communication between me and the hiring/orientation personnel is great, clear and fast
A few of the Edmonton supervisors and management are good and seem to care. But that's not the norm. And they are unable to really change anything.The majority couldn't care less about their employees. Front-line staff are just viewed as pieces of meat. They will use you until you can't be used anymore and then they will toss you aside. If you can put up with being treated like garbage, then this may be the place for you.
