I recently hired CIAQI and worked with Frank as my general contractor for an AC installation, and I couldn’t be happier! Frank coordinated everything seamlessly from the plumber to the electrician allowing me to be completely hands-off. I do not recommend them at all. First, they took a lot longer than projected to complete the project. Second, the quality of the work was not good. I primarily dealt with Frank and I tried getting things fixed for the poor job and he kept delaying for over a year only to say he wasn't going to fix the issues caused by his team. Think twice before dealing with these people.
Super rude owner; called during business hours and he hung up on me saying they are closed and laughed .
Frank and the team are rock solid. Top quality workmanship, communication and service. They are a great group who care about their customers! Keep up the good work.
