I can't wait until local bank branches don't exist. I show up, ask them to do something, and they're too incompetent to do it, so call to ask me to come in again to sign a form. What a useless place.
Have been trying to get in contact with them over the phone multiple times to schedule an appointment… 3 times no answer and left multiple voicemails.
So far I've had nothing but positive experience bankimg with them. one day I was charged nsf fee for something I.was.sure I had cancelled they waved the fees
