High cost and tries to sell their program to me.
Extremely overpriced services and didn’t get their job done right. I had to go to other audiologists and find out that it only cost 35% the money this clinic asked for with a better service.
Over a year ago I had gone in for my hearing test after my husband passed away. Ms.Shelly Simmerson was very helpful with my test. Seeing me emotional during the procedure she wanted to know if I needed help. I then reached out to Ms. Katherine Bridge and she had been my counseller to this day. Not only did she give me emotional support, contacting me now and then, she did an amazing job today.
