I would NOT recommend this place. We had them do our floors when we moved in (the booking was under my wife’s name), ended up being charged $1000’s more than quoted because they didn’t recognize the existing floors were glue-down. Their contractors didn’t level the floor properly, leading to cracks and bowing in the floor panels within a few months, they chipped our hearth, broke a light fixture, and left inconsistent edging.
We recently had a tile installation completed and were very impressed with the overall quality of work. Pros: The team was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating, making us feel well taken care of throughout the process. The tile itself was stunning, and the installation was executed to a very high standard, giving our space a truly high-end look.
