Fintan and the team at Offbeat Fitness were so knowledgeable, supportive and FUN throughout the entire learning journey! I was nervous and apprehensive going into the weekend and by the end, I was feeling super confident. The weekend flew by because of the perfect blend of practical and theoretical learning. I feel very lucky to have had Fintan Casserly from Offbeat Fitness as my instructor for the personal training course. At first, I was doubting myself, especially after reading the manual. It felt like a lot. But Fintan has a way of explaining things that makes everything clearer and easier to understand. His experience and the way he teaches gave me more confidence and made me believe I can really do this. I’m very grateful for the weekend we spent learning from him.
I recently took my Personal Training Specialist Course (PTS) with Milad, he was an incredible instructor for the course! He made everything so digestible and easy to understand, even the more complex topics. His energy and engagement kept the class interesting, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his students learning the material properly. I walked away feeling confident and well-prepared. Highly recommend taking his course!
