I just completed the 3-day course with Matthew Ferron, and honestly it WAS AMAZING! I had some doubts going in, especially about the length (9 hours a day!) and whether it would truly be useful, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I recently completed my PTS Certification with Canfitpro and worked with Trevor Pickett with Offbeat Fitness for a tutorial beforehand, as well as during the Practical exam itself.
