Gina was incredible, she led the course with energy and enthusiasm whilst delivering essential knowledge and wisdom throughout. What an inspiration! Offbeat Fitness provided excellent support with their communications on what to expect and provided timely response to any questions. I would 100% recommend.

Had a really great experience taking the 3 day in-person PTS course with Matthew Ferron! He is a very knowledgeable instructor, super engaging, and an all around great guy. I feel a lot more confident preparing for my exam now!
Simon Paige has been a great instructor helping me get prepped for my Canfit Pro exam in a few weeks. The three day PT course was intense with lots of information but he made sure to alleviate the stress by chunking the course and pacing it to his students abilities. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and here's to hoping I pass! I feel well prepped and ready to take on the challenge. Thanks Simon for taking the time to teach our group this weekend!
