Thank you to Dr. Gilbert Yee for his professional, attentive care.
This is one of the best clinics I have ever been to. Adhish was above and beyond in helping me setup as I was in the clinic for the first time. Dr. Gilbert was phenomenal as well in taking time and explaining to me about my situation. This is the only clinic that I have ever been to where I didn’t have to wait for hours.
With all due respect to those complaining about wait times, please remember that these people are specialists in their respective fields, things are going to happen that delay them somewhat. Such is the norm for any Doctor, business, or company that deals with a flow of people daily, things will happen that unfortunately will delay an appointment being met, you should think of your appointment time as being a "check in" time with the receptionist, and that the Doctor will see you as he/she becomes available. These people do not answer their phone or reply to messages despite my contacting them many times. It is either arrogance or they have lazy employees. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
Nobody answers the phone. Nobody answers voicemails. Nobody answers emails. I had to walk into the office to book an appointment. Was given an MRI request, told the MRI dept would call me. 3 weeks later, nobody had called so I called the MRI department at the hospital the Canadian Centre of Orthopaedics said they had sent it to and they said they hadn't received any MRI request for me.
