AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would have given negative stars if possible. 1. Poor Communication Scheduled to come at 9:00 am but at 9:30 am, no show. We called. They said they were stuck on another job. When the people arrived at 11:15 am (more than 2 hours late), they said that they weren't actually stuck on a job. They didn't know that they had a job scheduled. They also didn't know they had to do the dryer when it was billed on the invoice. When we told them to remove the dryer vent from the invoice, they made it into a "discount"... read more
