Very unprofessional. I requested to have my file closed after 2 doctors no-showed for my initial appointment calls. When I emailed to complain, they stated that this happens as doctors' availabilities can fluctuate. What? You booked the appointment based on their availabilities. They also said they would not be able to close/permanently delete my file due to Health Canada requirements. So now this place has my medical information and I don't know how secure it is given that they don't even know how to book and show up to app... read more

I had an appointment I happened to miss the call. I called back the number they told me to call they then said they'd call me back which they didn't I called back an hour later they said they tried to call back again which is untrue I was literally waiting by my phone watching the screen waiting for a phone call. They lied and said they tried to call me back when they clearly didn't. Clear case of laziness

I’ve always used marijuana for health issues, after talking with the Doctor I now use it for more issues and started using cbd , sativa and indica daily. It’s helped me stop taking heavy pain killers which causes more issues than it’s worth. I now grow my own medicine and have improved my life, which have aloud me to do things that caused me unbelievable pain 15 years ago. It’s given me my life back.
