My son has severe epilepsy that is not being managed well by pills, he also has autisim which is believed to be the cause of his epilepsy as they can find no other reason for this. If I could give you minus 10 stars I would. You call yourselves Healthcare, you should be ashamed. Thank you for making me jump through all of your hoops for an appointment I was never going to get from you. 4 times I gave my information and spoke to the rudest people.
Had a phone appointment today with a nurse. She was so closed minded and rude. I wanted THC pills or spray for ms pain and she suggested cbd oil When I tried to say I wanted the pills or spray she shut me down and told me to go get a prescription from my Dr that was the end of our conversation as she hung up on me Well look at what I found and phone the ms society GUIDELINE: MEDICAL MARIJUANA IN PILL FORM OR ORAL SPRAY MAY EASE SOME MS SYMPTOMS; LITTLE EVIDENCE OTHER COMPLEMENTARY OR ALTERNATIVE THERAPIES WORK
The office is close, accessible & always tidy. The staff are friendly, efficient & helpful. Dr. Collins is well informed & very pleasant. I have had nothing but great experiences with them !
