Miscommunication from staff resulting in delayed appointments. Anne did not check my intake form with my address, rescheduled my appointment for 3:30 PM, neglected to say Eastern time, and apparently booked me with an Ontario nurse who cannot treat patients in other provinces (found this out the day of and had to reschedule for a week from now). I also received another patient's 'dosing instructions' via email in error today? I'm not even a new patient here.
