This is my 2nd time donating and it has been an excellent experience for both times. Today, my colleague felt ill after her donation. They went above and beyond to make sure all of us were comfortable, looked after and safe. Even if they had to extend to accommodate us, we felt cared for and welcome. Thank you Jennifer, all the staff, security. We are grateful for all of you!
I haven't donated blood since October 2015, but I plan on resuming this activity during the spring. The attendant was helpful with updating my personal information while making me feel special yesterday afternoon. I look forward to making my first donation of 2026 soon.
My father went to donate blood but the staff refused saying that he needed to speak and write perfect English..
I visited Canadian Blood Services at Yonge & Bloor today around 1:00 PM to donate blood for the first time, and it was a really positive experience. The lady at the reception was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. She explained everything clearly, asked for my ID, and helped me get my donor card.
