Very friendly, the process is quick and they make you feel welcome.
If you're going to reject someone because their temperature is 0.1°C higher than you'd like, maybe check that when they walk in the door, not after they've sit through everything else for 30min.
They dont accept blood from people from India or Pakistan. Apparently our blood is riddled with malaria and will get pure after 3 years of being here. Wasted 30 dollars on cabs to try and help the community in need. Would not go again
My review was five stars until I drove all the way down there to donate and they weren't accepting walk-ins, if there's such a high need for blood they should take donors when they can.
