While I have always had excellent experiences at this clinic, just a note for others…they no longer let you walk in for donations. You must have an appointment time. Perhaps this is old information but it was new to me and contrary to what I found online today so I thought I’d pass the info along to save others a wasted trip.
It was my first blood donation here in Canada and it went really good just because of the staff and treatment they all gave to me. All of them are so nice and cooperative. The whole process went so smooth. They have good waiting area for the accompanied family members or friends. Parking facility is also available. I was little anxious because of first time but they didn't let me feel the same. Will definitely be there soon for another blood donation. It's a really proud moment.
Very well trained and professional staff. This was my first time donating and I left feeling very positive and well looked after. I look forward to my next donation with this team. Thank you:)
Always enjoy coming here to donate. All the staff is very caring and compassionate, along with the volunteers. Special shout out to Ross, a volunteer at this location, he’s made my visits magical and is such a special soul. Always an absolutely amazing experience when he is here!!
