I've been coming here for over a year now. All Staff are very friendly and always welcoming. They explain each step and always answer any questions I have. There's been a few times my itinerary has been too low to donate. They have never made me feel bad due to it and helped me arrange another appointment.

I was curious about donating, booked an appointment and went to the donation centre. Completed the general screening with Deniz, who helpfully explained the process and made feel assured and comfortable to proceed. The plasma donation lasted about 45 min, I was comfortable through out. I was offered refreshments , I decided to just have water while the process was ongoing.
