I donated for the first time yesterday and will never forget my experience. I've been coming here for over a year now. All Staff are very friendly and always welcoming. They explain each step and always answer any questions I have. There's been a few times my itinerary has been too low to donate. They have never made me feel bad due to it and helped me arrange another appointment.
