They took a lot of my blood. Cannot get that done most places. Great setvice !!!
I came as a first-time donor Unfortunately, I started to feel nauseated during collection, so they had to stop. The staff immediately came running to me with cold pads, and tiltet my seat back to help me recover. They were so incredibly kind while they helped me recover. I liked the bandage they used over the puncture point too. It sticks to itself, but doesn't stick to you at all. A blessing for hairy arms!
We always have a positive experience whenever we come to donate here - the staff are kind, friendly, helpful, and gentle throughout the entire donation process!
