A friend of mine frequently gives blood and has had many unfortunate issues with the technicians taking the blood. At one point, he came close to fainting after several attempts to find a vein. I would think that an official site as this would have better trained technicians thus being more professional. These experiences may hinder people to come forth to donate.
An awesome visit yesterday like always! The service is professional and friendly! Heather was a great poker and did a really good job Everyone is always ready to get you taken care of quickly and on your way! See you in March. Five star service
Everyone was friendly , however the person that was taking my history seemed to be having difficulty putting my information into the computer and repeatedly asked the same questions and eventually went and got someone to come help her ....... so this took a long time. The blood donation itself was done quickly and efficiently. Was told that I shoulld be well hydrated but I could not see any water anywhere !! , which is what I really wanted ! There was warm juice.
