The nicest staff I’ve ever come across. No exaggeration, I felt like I was being pampered. The process was very simple to donate blood.
imagine needing a blood transfusion during a shortage, knowing there are people willing to donate, who are being turned away for wearing perfume. as someone with type o blood who regularly gets calls and texts asking me to donate, i took time out of my day and travelled only to be turned away for something that was never mentioned when i booked over the phone, or in any confirmation emails. i guess you’re just expected to read the signs once you arrive? the staff was absolutely lovely, very helpful, and clearly regretful to ... read more
