The staff at the center are truly wonderful—friendly, professional, and dedicated. However, the donation eligibility process could be improved to avoid unnecessary inconvenience for donors. Before my appointment, I was not informed about the restriction regarding immigrants who have lived in certain countries for more than six months in the past three years.
