All staff were warm and friendly. I was met with smiling and informative staff and volunteers. It made me relaxed as the process was smooth.
I offer my thanks and gratitude to all the administration of the Canadian blood donation center in Berlentin for their assistance in the blood healing for the first time and human care in dealing with me and providing encouraging means, care and cleaning with human medical dealings and relaxation and I did not feel some fear until the end of the procedures. Great staff.
This is such a great blood donation center! The nurses are incredibly kind and always so genuinely thankful when people come in to donate. I’ve been coming here ever since I started donating blood, and every visit has been a positive experience. The space is always spotless, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff make you feel appreciated. Plus, you get free snacks after donating which is always a nice treat! Truly a wonderful place run by amazing people.
