I used to go here for a decade in the early 2000s and then stopped for at least the last 8 years. Went again today and was quickly reminded why I stopped going to this location. The location was messy, and very busy (which is great). There was lots of staff and volunteers with very limited donor interaction. I checked in at the machine and waited for my check.
