Fantastic! I donated for the first time yesterday, I was nervous but I have nothing but positive things to say, the fabulous staff made the time to put my mind at rest and explained in great detail what the procedure was (Lorraine was amazing) quick, efficient and polite. I will be a regular here for sure.
