Very disappointed. Ordered an LED mask months ago (March 2026) No response when I’ve sent multiple emails about the status of my order. Terrible customer service
Melissa is simply the best in her field. Super knowledgable, sweet & very skilled. I couldn’t & wouldn’t trust anyone else. I’m loving my skin with the microneedling & laser genesis treatments. I have been contacting the store in Whitby to request a refund since March 15th. I paid for 2 products but contacted the store to cancel 1 of them prior to shipping. Melissa confirmed this was ok and a refund would be issued. I have sent multiple emails (hello and info email addresses), used website's contact me section and left a voice mail. No response. If the owner of this establishment needs a bit more time to process a refund due to medical or financial difficulties, I would understand (who isn't struggling these days?)... read more
