I have been contacting the store in Whitby to request a refund since March 15th. I paid for 2 products but contacted the store to cancel 1 of them prior to shipping. Melissa confirmed this was ok and a refund would be issued. I have sent multiple emails (hello and info email addresses), used website's contact me section and left a voice mail. No response. If the owner of this establishment needs a bit more time to process a refund due to medical or financial difficulties, I would understand (who isn't struggling these days?)... read more

It is always a good day when I get to visit. Melissa is extremely knowledgable and has so many options on ways to treat different skin issues with all of her fancy lasers. They are also always fully stocked with the best in medical grade skin care. I am hair free from laser hair removal.
