Where to begin, the initial buying experience was great I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape SE. Then came the issues with the vehicle after not even having it a month I had to replace the turbo in which I am thankful I had purchased the warranty. Now I chalked it up to it being a used vehicle with 110,000 km on it at that point, then a month and a half later I had to replace the catalytic converter in which wasn’t covered under the warranty. Terrible place very dishonest mechanics I went in to get a safety and after they charged me the service fee of 280 they proceeded to tell me the car needs 2100 worth of work but then I went to 3 different shops and asked them to take a look and half the stuff that was suggested didn’t not need to be changed. I wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever and the older gentleman working out front was great but the shop inside is just trying to scam you any way possible.
I sold my 2017 Chevrolet Cruze to Canadian Auto Mall! The salesman, Ott Martens, provided a very simple breakdown for the entire process. He inspected and test drove my vehicle very respectfully and explained his offered price very well and didn’t lowball me.
