⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟Canadian Auto Mall was ridiculously easy to deal with, no pressure to try other things or to buy what we didn’t want. Went with a specific vehicle in mind but was encouraged to try other vehicles, sit in them, take them for test drives. Shawn and Craig were great! Craig made sure I got what I wanted for financing and walked away happy! Will be sending all my friends and family to them! (Told you Craig I would give you 6 or 7 stars 😉)
Ott and his team are an incredible bunch. I bought my first car from there, and even though I didn't know much if anything he was kind and patient through explaining everything and proceeding only if I was still comfortable. My car was extremely clean, serviced, fully charged and ready to go before pickup. Couldn't recommend these guys enough and my roommates' also looking to get a car from them. Our experience at Canada Auto Mall started off well, but the entire process was ruined once we reached the finance office. The salesperson who helped us on the floor was genuinely nice and easy to work with. However, when we were handed off to the finance manager to discuss the numbers and warranty options, things immediately took a turn. All we wanted to know was what the going interest rate is these days for someone with normal credit and what the estimated payment numbers would look like.
