I purchased my 2016 Honda CR-V from Ott at Canadian Auto Mall and boy, am I glad I did! He was honest, straight forward, flexible with my schedule and never pressured me into ANYTHING (financing, warranties, etc.), which was a huge relief- I knew going into vehicle shopping that I was probably going to try to be convinced to do X, but that was NOT the case at CAM. My daughter bought a car from Canadian Auto Mall and while the backup camera worked during our test drive, it no longer worked after delivery. They were great about it: took it back and had a Hyundai dealership try to fix it. Ott kept us in the loop with updates. Hyundai couldn’t resolve the issue so CAM was more than willing to either refund the price or put my daughter in a different car. Incredibly frustrating experience thus far. I test drove and purchased a 2022 Hyundai Kona and got it later that week. When I test drove it, everything worked great, however once I received it, the backup camera did not work. I took it back immediately and was told there wasn’t anything they could do then and to come back. I have not received any communication without imitating and have been without a car now for over 2 weeks.
