Very disappointed in this Jan 2026 show. The first bad experience started right at the escalator where the rude entrance scanning employees were very rudely telling people there was a second sign in process, which would give you a badge. A step that should have been optional, not forced. There were a lot of vendors that wouldn't even give you a second to see what their booth even was, before they were in your face wanting to scan the badge we had to wear. DEAR EVENT ORGANIZERS: Honestly, I would give you guys a 5 star at this Canada's Bridal Show - Jan 2026 if it wasn’t for one of your vendors that literally ignored us and others blatantly. We drove for 2 hours all this way for this and for the most part the vendors were great. However the vendor and owner at Beach Ballroom actively ignored potential customers. I was very disappointed by the management of this event. The owner, Lorie Sansone, was consistently unprofessional and confrontational. Rather than handling the standard stresses of a large show with composure, she was frequently rude and relied on yelling to communicate with others. It created a very uncomfortable and hostile atmosphere. There are many other bridal shows that are much better managed. I would recommend supporting those instead.

My first time going to Canada's Bridal Show was as a groom-to-be, and it was an incredible experience. There were so many amazing Canadian wedding businesses, really beautiful booths and some really cool giveaways during the fashion show. Two of my favourite booths were from Gatto Flowers and Digital X Entertainment who happen to be one of my favourite DJ companies - shoutout to DJ Mel Rose!
