My wife and I booked this hotel a month in advance we drove from halifax we arrived and the receptionist was extremely rude and judgemental she turned us away because we only had a koho card (that has over 20,000 $) on it BTW and she refused to use that to take the tiny deposit for the room she also refused deposit and a third party ccard payment.
