Staff were nice, room seemed relatively clean when i walked in. I took off my shoes and took a phone call. I pace a lot when I’m on the phone. My feet were black by the end of the phone call. The floors were filthy. They looked clean because they are a dark colour. But they certainly were not clean.
Beds are broken in, couldn't sleep, 4 days of horrible bed. Room smelled of mold, door has no washer under, rain comes in. The best part, you can't lock your door only will thd bolt. I said no room service, yet must be poor communication, as they came in. No privacy sign available. Canada's worst....
