We were spending one night in kelowna while traveling with our 2 dogs and thought this would be a good cost effective spot. They ended up charging us $30 plus tax for each dog so it ended up being an extra $70. We were on the second level. It smelled bad and was very hot. You cab also expect drunk people who live there to follow you around the parking lot and threaten you. I called made a reservation at this hotel on the phone I was told a room would be ready the next day. I drove all the way to Kelowna the office was closed there was a note onto the window called the number the lady that answered was unaware she said she had to take to her higher up. This man got in the phone called me derogatory names was very conversational he was swearing at me than accused me of threatening his worker. Rude girl at the desk. Just go to the days inn next door, much better over there for just a few bucks more. Outdated rooms, bad blankets etc. very bad. Will not go back
