Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very negative experience from the moment we arrived. The person at the front desk acted as if they were doing us a favour by helping us, with a noticeably poor and unwelcoming attitude. Although we were given several papers stating that this is a non-smoking hotel, the hallway leading to the rooms had an overwhelming and unpleasant smell of tobacco. It was honestly shocking. Staff are incompetent, the room has no heat, one towel has a dirty handprint on it. I never want to come back.
