Absolutely overpriced for the condition s offered! Stay away!
Honestly just need somewhere to crash for the night. Staff was pleasant even when I had to wake them up at 5am as I locked myself out of room. Don’t know if they actually changed sheets from last guest I itched most of the night. Bath towels so grossly bleached smell. And the bed omg worst I have ever tried to sleep in. We got no sleep at all as mattress was lumpy and just kept rolling into the middle. The coffee machine was nasty. I tried to clean it but it brewed with weird white chunks in it. I would not stay here again. ... read more
Excellent experience, the rooms are spacious and have all amenities. Front desk staff amazing and very helpful. Dorothy was lovely and helped us with all our needs. Will be staying here again when we come for next year's festival.
This was a huge disappointment - pictures do not match reality. The room was old, falling apart, with stinky odour. Extremely small so we could hardly open our bags to unpack for one night. The only small positive was clean bedding. Unfortunately due to wild fires around this place it was impossible to find some other option on our was so we had no choice but stay with the original booking. Ps. It was a group booking, room at ground floor.
