I've been going there for years and have bought countless windows and doors from them. Andy and his team are a pleasure to work with. Never disappointed in the service or quality of the product.
Right from the moment I (not even) stepped foot in the door- the staff were so friendly and helpful. Patrick opened the door for my daughter and I who were carrying the screens. The picture I posted most def fits their customer service philosophy from what my experience has been. Thank you for all your assistance getting our screens repaired :)

I had recently a window replaced and want to thank the team at Canada Windows & Doors. The service was great, they were very helpful and did the job quickly.
Brutal company to deal with. Instal was painfully long( 8days for 8 windows and a patio door) seal failure on 1 window withing a year. Now it's 6 yrs later 4 windows and patio door seals have failed. Call multiple times no return call, eventually get a call back. Then they want you to pay them labour in-order to fix the windows they installed. Sad way to do business .. read your warranties well people... Regretting ever making the phone call to them... Good luck
