No charge for call-out as previous tech could not find problem. The problem was capacitor. Tech told me they charge $250 for the part. Looked on line and part was under $20.Got charged $230 over cost of part. NO CALL OUT CHARGE. I am 82 years of age and feel I was taken advantage of and dreemed mentally incapacitated.
A few days ago our furnace gave out it was the coldest it's been this winter. I did my research and talked to a few places before I stumbled across this company. I called them in the morning and they sent someone a few hours later. Feng came by and looked at the furnace. When he gave us the quote he gave us options and was very informative with everything. Jake from Canada West Mechanical was great and knowledgeable. My furnace broke on a cold day and he was able to get it fixed quickly. He also took the time to show me how to change the filter which had been something my ex used to do. Very positive experience!
