I was delighted by Canada West Mechanical Ltd.'s prompt response to my call. However, I would suggest that the front desk staff work on actively listening to customer concerns to ensure a smoother scheduling process and to avoid potential conflicts with technician appointments. Jake from Canada West Mechanical was great and knowledgeable. My furnace broke on a cold day and he was able to get it fixed quickly. He also took the time to show me how to change the filter which had been something my ex used to do. Very positive experience!

We had a little problem with our fridge, Sean came over the next day and was able to fix it quickly. Also checked out our other fridge/freezers to see if they were okay. Overall great experience!

I have been using these guys for a little over a year now for my company’s refrigeration repairs and they’re great to deal with. They are helpful, will fit you in if you have an emergency, and don’t quit until the job is right. Friendly, clean and professional crews.
