Dr. Matz was excellent - good communication, compassionate and responsive. I had a bit of an issue post-procedure and he immediately reached out and got me sorted. ALL the staff were excellent especially the local Ottawa individual. She juggled everything with aplomb. I had Venaseal at the Ottawa location on April 1st - first appointment of the day and my only complaint was I experienced considerably more discomfort than I anticipated. I have had the venaseal treatment although a smooth process there was moderate sensation. I am walking again with bruising but i hope it remains well and heals in the next 6 months. They advise that if it returns they will address the issue again no charge, and upon my post op apptn they discovered a minor variance which was swiftly addressed. I would recommmend.
If you are looking to purchase medical grade compression pants, I would strongly recommend you do not buy here, especially if you are a man. You will easily be able to find better quality and performance compression pants from a number of different online retailers. They also do not offer any sort of refund or exchange policy. So if you receive the wrong size and try them on like I did, you will not even be eligible for an exchange or refund.
