Dr. Matz was excellent - good communication, compassionate and responsive. I had a bit of an issue post-procedure and he immediately reached out and got me sorted. ALL the staff were excellent especially the local Ottawa individual. She juggled everything with aplomb. I had Venaseal at the Ottawa location on April 1st - first appointment of the day and my only complaint was I experienced considerably more discomfort than I anticipated.
