Canada Trust serviced my 30 year old fireplace in October 2025. They were very professional and personable and did an excellent job cleaning and servicing the fireplace, fixing a small gas leak, replacing the sand and adding some new embers. My fireplace is now not only safe but looking like new. I am so happy to have found your company and I will definitely recommend your company to others.
I called Canada Trust Heating and Cooling when the furnace in my house started acting up on one of the coldest mornings of the year. I was tired of shivering around the house and wanted someone who could honestly tell me what was going on with our system. When the technician arrived he looked right at the problem, explained in simple language what needed to be fixed, and didn’t leave me guessing. I liked that they offered fair pricing with no surprise charges and were available even when I called last minute for help.
Worst service ever.. never even returned with parts.

I used Canada Trust a few months ago for gas fireplace maintenance and they were great. Recently my fireplace stopped turning on again but they came by to investigate. It was a quick fix and they did it free of charge. Very friendly and thoughtful ^^
