Living in Canada for the past 16 years being also a citizen no criminal records working hard I had no issue with tax except last 2 years which I haven't got my tax return calling them every week has became painfull thing if any one has been facing problems with cra and if you have all you're papers documents legal get a notice of objection from them and take them to court it will help atleast they will talk to you inside the court

The CRA is abusing administrative power by retroactively denying pandemic benefits and seizing tax refunds. If applicants were ineligible, why wasn’t verification done four years ago? Such ex post enforcement without timely due process erodes public trust and violates the rule of law. When bureaucratic discretion replaces legal standards, it becomes coercive. Those responsible should be held accountable—and resign.
