Shana was an absolute joy to deal with. She is extremely patient and helpful. She has a million ideas and knows how to put them together. It is great to see someone who knows and does her job so well and efficiently.
Came by on Saturday almost an hour before the posted 3pm closing time and it was closed. Wasted my time driving from Chatham. I'm off to Ikea to buy my new kitchen. If you're not open for sales, I can only imagine the service.
Excellent quality and price. Cabinets are real wood and assembly was smooth. The videos are helpful to watch for assembly. Shana at the London showroom was super to work with. Will order again for our next DIY project.
I had a wonderful customer service experience with Shana. She helped me get exactly what I needed for my new island and L shape expansion. This was the only place selling the type of corner cabinets I wanted at a good price. The cabinets are slotted/dovetail assembly MDF/HDF and are sturdier than my existing square-butted and nailed cabinets. We purchased cabinets to build our own island and the results were quite satisfying. If we ever have to put in a new Kitchen, this is likely the route we will go again. Pictures of the Island and entire kitchen are included. Service was excellent before and after the purchase.
