0 stars. My husband bought me a 'gold' necklace, which broke shortly after purchase. When I asked for a refund they would only offer a gift certificate in November 2024. When I went back to use it, the store no longer existed and is out of business. I am very upset that we lost nearly $200 to this crooked business.
I visited this store and was unpleasantly surprised when one of the saleswomen tried to discuss us while we were still in the store. When she noticed me watching her, she apologized, but the unpleasant feeling remained. Just a piece of advice: you could maintain customer loyalty if you at least keep your opinions to yourself until they leave your store. By the way, besides us, there was no one else in the store.
I found this store to have a great selection of watches, sunglasses and jewellery. Pricing is very fair and reasonable. They also do repairs and put a new battery in my watch. I will be returning for sure.
