It started off fine. I received the glasses quickly through mail (mid-April). They weren't the right fit for me (and seemed a tad flimsy) so I returned them in the mail. They've had the pair for 2 weeks now, and I have yet to have my money back. They've courteously asked me to be patient but haven't explained why the refund is taking this much time. It feels scammy so far. I'll change my review once I'm refunded. / Update: Reimbursement received this morning (May 23).

I have been buying prescriptions glasses online for 10+ years now. I have used Clearly, Kits and almost every other Canadian online glass seller. iLookGlasses is the only Canadian online glass retailer I have found with a large selection of extra-large frames. I am talking about 56mm to 58mm+ lens length, nose bridge 18mm+, frame arm length 145mm. They had 15+ frames in different size to choose from. I had been very satisfied with the quality and service I received until my last order. I took advantage of a sale on frames and probably should have been a little more diligent with my purchase. The frames broke within 3 months of purchasing and although it seemed I was receiving replacement frames, they never arrived. After numerous attempts, they have now stopped returning my e-mails. I will not recommend them again and will not use their services again.
