Avoid renting from this company at all costs. I did everything a tenant should do when moving out, gave proper notice, cleaned and took pictures for proof. I was told to provide written notice, apparently 99% of the population would have understood that meant by email, but I'm the 1% that mailed it in. Nick Mercer, the property manager, was nice enough to tell me I should educate myself though. Guess he needs the $$ more than I do, go do a line on me NIck!
I currently rent from Canada homes. I'm not totally impressed with them or the service however today I had a young man from maintenance to fix my toilet. Upon leaving I had mentioned about the electrical socket, wow he fixed all four that were broken without hesitation. His name is Aaron, friendly, mannerly and most of all he made us feel important as a tenant.
