I had this company install a heat pump a couple of years ago, and it’s had issues since day one. Now I’m having problems with the AC not cooling properly, and when I called them, they refused to send a technician—even though these issues have been ongoing. Ironically, they only offered to dispatch someone on a cold day, which makes no sense when the issue is with cooling. Extremely poor service and no accountability. I regret choosing this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
The insulation team arrived at my Scarborough house at 7:30 AM as promised. They removed old fiberglass batts, filled gaps with spray foam, and blew in cellulose insulation. The foreman showed me before-and-after photos, and you could feel the difference immediately—my AC cycles are shorter, and the house feels more even-temperatured. They kept the work area spotless and answered all my questions. Fair pricing and great workmanship. Will definitely use them again.
