I've bought a furnace from them. They installed it. Recently Enbridge saw it and issued a Safety Violation Infraction. The installer refuses to fix it for free (however, the installation was included into agreed price). He blocked me and doesn't accept my calls. This company also doesn't pick up a phone and I can't even leave a message. One of the phone written on their website belongs to an unrelated law firm. THis is some kind a scam?
I had this company install a heat pump a couple of years ago, and it’s had issues since day one. Now I’m having problems with the AC not cooling properly, and when I called them, they refused to send a technician—even though these issues have been ongoing. Ironically, they only offered to dispatch someone on a cold day, which makes no sense when the issue is with cooling. Extremely poor service and no accountability. I regret choosing this company and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

The foreman showed me before-and-after photos, and you could feel the difference immediately—my AC cycles are shorter, and the house feels more even-temperatured. They kept the work area spotless and answered all my questions. Fair pricing and great workmanship. Will definitely use them again.
