I had a very concerning experience with Paul Tse and would not trust his so-called “expertise.” I contacted him regarding an older jewelry piece my father purchased at People’s in the mid-1980s. I have used Canada Gem for repairs as a jewelry store manager, and for repairs, custom builds and appraisals as an individual customer, many times over the last 40 years! Throughout the generations, the workmanship and professionalism have continued to be maintained at the highest level!
