I had my biopsy done here, and I’m truly grateful for the care I received. I was very anxious going in, but from the moment I arrived, everyone treated me with such kindness, patience, and compassion. They made me feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Great staff who explained the testing and were very kind
So coming from work, I was scolded a given that evil eye, (very rude, unprofessional reception) told there would only be time to scan one of two areas, for arriving 5 min late. Only for the reception to wait over 5 min to go to the back and tell the tech I was there, then to wait on the tech, who was suppose to be waiting on me. ALL OF THIS, and not one single person sitting in the waiting.
