‼️Don’t come this place!!!No anesthesia before injection!!!‼️ Yesterday I had a wrist injection along the pinky side,that Nigerian-Canadian female doctor she supposed to poke me twice ,one is freezing one is the medicine!And yet she did only once pump in all the cortisone into my small space tendon sheath without freezing,i almost screamed!!!Excruciating pain ever !!!!My heart beats extremely fast for enduring the pain!!I felt my tendon could explode !! Right on time with the appointment time. Technicians for mammogram and ultrasound were proficient in what they do. Diane was helpful and patient with the process.
All staff that I had contact with were truly exceptional. Dr. McKerlie was exceedingly warm, knowledgeable, articulate, and compassionate. Honestly I couldn’t imagine a more positive experience for the procedures provided.
Attended today to try to make an appointment for a mammogram - already anxious about being there at all - after 20 minutes left without speaking with anyone. Was it busy? Perhaps but certainly not in the waiting area. I assume there has been a change in management as this has never happened to me at this location before. Previously I have always had stellar service at this location. Terrible or no service at all - however you wish to describe it.
Every time I visit I’m greeted with a hello & a smile. I’m always called in on time & the technicians are friendly & help me feel comfortable. Super satisfied with the Women’s Imaging Centre.
