I had an amazing experience today at this auto rims shop! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me the excellent prices for my suv and for my car tires as well as good estimate for the full suspension system replacement kit. Installation process was quick and professional. So im not hesitate to ask someone to come hear and get fantastic service for your vehicle. Went in after 5pm, was out with new tires on before 6pm! So fast and furious!!!
Price point was competitive. Selection was great. And the customer service started out great. I bought new wheels here for my car. They installed the new tires that came off of the stock wheels. I had shaking in the wheels and had brought it back a few times for rebalancing. They were not able to get rid of the shaking and told me to take to the dealership for warranty on the tires as they were, "out of round". 1-Star Review We won’t be back. If you’re looking to be treated with zero respect, Canada Custom Autoworks in Grande Prairie might be the place. I came in to have my wheels torqued and was made to feel completely unwelcome from the moment I arrived. I politely explained that I wasn’t sure what the process involved—just that my husband told me the staff would guide me through what needed to be done. Won’t be back! Went there to purchase a set of rims & tires for my Odyssey, though to go to a custom rim shop that claims that know what they are doing, purchased rims for $2,400, told me the rims will fit my van & won’t rub! Drove the van home tires were rubbing the fenders! came back the next day they wouldn’t exchange for a different set! Bad customer service after a mistake they made & manager was very rude! Safe yourself a headache & go to a different shop that knows what they are doing! Don’t waste your time & money
