I was there to deliver a food order for the customer but the guy at the reception was very rude and misbehaved with me. He was talk in very unprofessional way and asking me to leave. He looks frustrated and was telling me that he has very load so leave. That guy was very rude, unprofessional and not appropriate for the job as he is impatient.
The Altos at this location hands down has to be the worst in the city, we enjoy the altos breakfast buffet but this one was the worst we have ever been to my spouse is handicapped and they put us in the lower dining room that had a peace of plywood as a ramp that my wife almost drove off of twice and the building is not handicapped friendly and not to mention I had to chase the server down for a cup of coffee and the place was dead
I didn’t stay a night here but I came to buy tickets to an event and the staff was extremely funny I absolutely loved them 10/10, lady working the front counter deserves a raise she as a peach
