Excellent service, have not had an issue with anyone that works here, very polite and helpful.
booked for one night, staff had no energy when checking in and had attitude, got our room on the second floor and there was hair all over the bed and dried boogers in the sheets. we complained and got a new room and it had a weird wet towel smell and had stains on the pillows and blankets, found a live bug crawling around the room. we got a refund and went to best western down the road. 10/10 recommend best western.
We had a wedding social at the venue attached to the hotel and everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. They took care of everything for us including: food, security, DJ, bartenders. They also allowed us to book rooms at a group rate and accommodated many of our guests. They even made sure we had reservations for supper and breakfast around our schedule! Tracy and her team are amazing!
