Stayed at one fo their hotels and had a nightmare and they refused to do anytning about it. Called corporate office, can't get anyone on the phone. Left a message and NO call back. They do not care
Low rating. I stayed at this hotel just recently. I had jewelry stolen from my room, I had mentioned to front desk and all was said was they would look into it and never got back to me. Over $300 worth of beautiful bead work I bought at venders while attending conferences. Gone. Never getting back, obviously. Update I was contacted by manager to handle situation, no response back either 4 month later. Disappointed to say the least

Decent hotel in an area with many amenities nearby. The room smells like wet dog and the rating reflects that.
