Very disappointed with our stay. The hotel room did not match the photos and description posted on the website. There was no bathtub, which was surprising and disappointing. The bathroom also had no exhaust fan, making it uncomfortable to use. We contacted the front desk twice and requested a room change, but nothing was done. Asked housekeeper for my room to be done after I left at 1pm for my day surgery. Wanted my bed sheets and towels changed. Returned 2.5 hours later find my room wasn’t even done, ended up restocking my own towels and asking for my own sheets to make up my bed.
