Worst service at Canada inns at polo park mistakes our orders never brings our refills NEVER AGAIN
I was visiting Winnipeg early October and made a walk-in reservation at this hotel. The process was smooth and flawless. The front desk staff were polite, knowledgeable, friendly & professional, the assistant guest service manager operated the front desk with panache and one could tell she excelled in her position. The room I received was well kept, tidy & clean. I will say the bathroom was a tad on the small side however that’s very minor. We booked a room for 1 night at the CanadInns Polo Park in Winnipeg. We paid a standard rate which was fine. The room was totally unacceptable. A closet is bigger. Very tiny. Will not stay here again.
Room was clean but hotel overall is very dated, they obviously have significant challenges with riff raft and while trying hard it doesn't feel fantastically safe. Very noisy air conditioning, minimal water pressure - good conference facilities and food.
