My stay at Canad Inns Polo Park was very disappointing. I felt uncomfortable with how security approached me, which came across as discriminatory. I was questioned in the pool area for not wearing a wristband, even though others were not wearing one either. What concerned me most was that security had my full name, which they appeared to have obtained from the front desk—this felt unprofessional and invasive. We have been asked several times over the past 8 years to set-up our booth at this venue. We have done grads in the bar area and many events in the other rooms. The coordinators are very helpful and friendly! Setting up and taking down are fairly easy with the side entrances. The venue staff are always prepared for us and are incredibly helpful and friendly!! There is a lot of parking and the location is great! We have seen smaller intimate events to large Galas.
